Start Ups

Start Up workshops are designed to help staff teams or staff and committee members develop healthy ways in which to work together. The workshops are especially helpful for those who have recently called or hired new staff but are sometimes also useful when other changes impact working relationships.

For the upcoming year, we plan to offer four different types of Start Ups, such as

• Congregational Staff Team Start Up (Ministers, Religious Educators, Administrators, Music Directors, Membership Coordinators, Sextons)
• Religious Education Start Up (for Religious Education professionals to attend with their RE teams)
• "Welcome to Your New Ministry" Start Up (for newly called ministers)
• "Welcome to Your Interim/Developmental Ministry" Start Up
